for your individual needs to be met,
whether you are new to yoga,
recently returned, or a seasoned practitioner looking for refinement.
You will be offered options
throughout the session such as
the use of props,
variations to poses,
and moments of rest and recovery.
1-hour classes are held every
Mon, Wed and Fri morning,
plus a Friday evening
Yin & Meditation
class to release your week.
Private 1:1 available by appointment.
Schedule subject to change
during school holidays.
No classes on Public Holidays.
