Yoga Class Styles

  • Gentle Yoga

For the beginner yogi and those wishing to progress carefully towards improved mobility, strength and flexibility. Be fully guided through breathwork, physical postures and basic meditations. Focus upon the foundations so you can build confidence with every session.

  • Hatha 60

Pranayama (breath control) opens every Hatha 60 class to help ground you. Warm up with asana to target the spine and major joints, then build intensity and warmth with strong static poses and mindfully curated flows. Rest and reflect with guided meditation in Savasana.

  • Hatha 75

A 75-minute mixed-ability class that includes traditional wellbeing modalities such as Qi Gong, intermediate pranayama and silent meditation. Hold each pose and notice what unfolds. Hone your skills in interoception, focus, alignment, stamina, balance and strength.

  • Yin Yoga

A practice of surrender, this intimate form of yoga has you hold each pose for several minutes to target deep tissues. Often, in this safe and special space, physical and emotional blockages are released. A soothing Yoga Nidra meditation integrates your experience.

  • Chair Yoga

A NEW CLASS in a NEW LOCATION
Coming after Easter, Chair Yoga is a safe and accessible way to experience yoga, no matter your physical ability. The chair is your support as we explore potential with sitting, standing and balancing poses, breathwork, relaxation and mindfulness.

  • Private 1:1 Sessions

Whether you have specific health needs, experience social anxiety, are neurodivergent, are looking for a bespoke practice regimen or a 1:1 learning intensive, please reach out to discuss your goals and desires. Couples and parent/child sessions are also very welcome.

A very special class of yoga.

I've now completed between 5-7 yoga sessions with Tania and it's simply wonderful. Her approach is authentic, fully guided, safe, healing and I feel enveloped in the security of her knowledge. Every move, pose or breath is made with care. I feel I've found my guide.

  • Georgina N

What a joy to participate in Tania's yoga classes!
As someone who has done a lot of yoga in her thirties, with a couple of very good teachers, and am finally coming back to it, I have to say I was blown away.

Tania is a very gifted teacher who absolutely cares about each and every one of her students regardless of their level of proficiency. Her knowledge not just of yoga but of the human body is amazing. She gives you 'work arounds' if there is something you cannot do, without making you feel 'hopeless', and you just know that you will ultimately be able to achieve each posture in your own time.

  • Keigo K

My first class back from an injury
and Tania was so accommodating to me.

There was no pressure or sense of rushing.
I left feeling connected & confident again!

She is a light-hearted, down to earth yoga teacher and I could tell how much she genuinely cares. A high recommendation from me!

  • Sandra

    What an amazing experience!
Tania is a fantastic instructor. Gentle, encouraging, understanding....

Love the venue and atmosphere of small groups. It has been the perfect introduction for me as a first timer.
    I felt comfortable straight away.

It is excellent for my body but I never realised how good it would be for my mental health.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  • Olivia G

Tania is an amazing yoga teacher. She takes time to tune into your challenges and really helps to guide you through the classes.

Whether you are a beginner or old timer, I loved her approach to working with us. I felt supported and confident. The classes are small and always different and the time truly flies!

Honestly, I can't thank Tania enough. You will definitely feel restored and energised afterwards. I have practised yoga for many years and can definitely say it keeps me youthful, strong and positive.

  • Rie T

I really like Tania’s yoga class. It’s very welcoming and relaxed. I was a bit nervous taking my first class because I am still a beginner and I last did yoga a few years ago. But Tania was very patient with me, I felt comfortable throughout the class and I ended up enjoying it and feeling so much better from inside and out.

I really recommend these classes to a person like me, who is hesitating to come back to it or scared to try it. She will draw you in to the world of Yoga with her calm and gentle voice.

I would like to keep coming to Tania’s yoga classes.

  • Chrissy L

    Tania’s yoga classes are brilliant.
With utmost respect for her teachings and her calm and nurturing nature, she guides you through thoughtfully tailored flows, with explanation to help you understand the best technique and reason behind the movements. This really helped me to settle and breathe into each position and get the most out of my sessions.

A relaxing & refreshing way to start or end the day! Great class sizes and lovely studio space with quality equipment available for those who arrive without. Thanks Tania, I can’t wait for my next session!

  • Emma R

Tania's classes have been an absolute life saver!

I had only just done a few online classes prior to meeting her and she has made me completely addicted to yoga, particularly to the Yin classes which are extremely relaxing and gentle. Tania is lovely and kind, patient and dedicated - let her know your goals, and she will carefully adjust the sequence and help you work towards them.

She has helped me progress very quickly already. I cannot recommend her classes enough.

  • George I

I find Tania's yoga classes are a great way to start the day feeling refreshed.
Tania's classes are relaxed and comfortable.

She has an eye for detail which is extremely helpful, making it easy to follow correct yoga postures, meditation and yogic breathing.

Her classes have helped me regain my strength, flexibility, balance and overall fitness. I strongly recommend her classes to improve your fitness at whatever age you are.

  • Fleur M

Tania is a fantastic yoga teacher. Her classes are always a joy to attend. I love how each class is different.

You can tell that Tania loves doing what she does. There is plenty of support and encouragement that she gives her clients and the small class sizes are just perfect. I highly recommend if you are a beginner or more experienced. Tania is such a genuine and approachable person, this is reflected in her classes.

  • Vijay R

Tania’s yoga classes have helped me get
    my back pain under control.

I always feel refreshed after the class
and look forward to it every week.

Also, nice venue, music and class sizes.

I felt very supported and comfortable in Tania's yoga class. Her cues were excellent and clear, and her open and communicative approach made the session feel collaborative, inclusive and safe.

    Thank you, Tania!
I look forward to the next class.

  • Monica H

I have had the pleasure of taking Tania’s yoga classes. I loved her depth of knowledge and preparation for each class.

The flow in more still positions was quite nice to experience. Even though they weren’t the large vinyasa flow movements, I felt great mobility in the practice [which was] very helpful.

Her teaching cues are on point. Well thought out classes every time. Thanks for your lovely practice Tania. Looking forward to being in your classes again in the future.

  • Richard D

    Very understanding, inclusive and patient.

She tailors yoga activities specifically to participants, and is calmly encouraging of all who attend.
    Many thanks to her.
