Join Tania for an inclusive and do-able gentle yoga session designed for beginners and anyone looking for a calm, supportive approach to movement.

Zumba with Julia

Zumba is a fun and energetic dance fitness workout that combines upbeat Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance moves.
During class, participants move through a variety of rhythms and routines designed to get the heart pumping, improve coordination, and build fitness.
It’s a welcoming environment where people of all fitness levels can enjoy dancing, stay active, and leave feeling energized and uplifted.

Art with Fathima
Sunday 23rd August
Join Fathima for an Adults only art class where you’ll learn how to create your own clay wall plaque from start to finish, exploring simple techniques for shaping clay, adding texture, and personalising your piece with a meaningful or affirming word or phrase.
Once dried, your handmade plaque will be ready to hang at home as a unique keepsake.
No experience needed — just come along and enjoy some creative time.
